6. Will the kitten be declawed?
7. Have you owned a cat before and if yes, please elaborate.
8. Do you currently own pets? If yes please specify what other animals you have.
9. If one is a Maine Coon, from who and or Cattery name.
10. If you have/had other cats were they spayed/neutered?
11. Were they declawed?
12. Is this a gift for someone else or for yourself?
13. Who will be the primary caretaker of this kitten?
14. Number of members in family/household, and approximate ages?
15. Describe your current living situation - how long have you lived there?
16. In a house, mobile home, or apartment/condo?
